Last bid standing takes the pot. Of every bid, 50% goes into the pot, 30% is paid at once to the pool's earlier bidders, 10% to whoever invited the bidder, 5% to the pool's creator and 5% to the BUBBLE treasury (spent only by a vote of the BUBBLE holders). Earnings are credited and withdrawn with Withdraw. At the close 35% of the pot goes to the other bidders who flew the winner's flag. Pools never expire: a pool closes when its clock runs out after the last bid, or when a shot pops it. A bid may carry a shot at the bubble: a chance of at most 1% to pop it and take the pot, drawn by the keeper's commit-reveal a few blocks later (the keeper never bids; a shot it fails to reveal in time is a miss); every miss is counted on the bubble.
